インストール
$ sudo yum -y groupinstall "GNOME Desktop"
起動モードの変更
$ sudo systemctl set-default graphical.target
確認
$ systemctl get-default graphical.target
再起動
$ sudo shutdown -r now
ライセンスに同意して設定を完了。
事例
GUI(X)が起動できなくなった
各種アップデートを行った影響か、いつの間にか、起動時にGUIのログイン画面が出なくなっていた。

とりあえず root.Xauthority を削除して再起動したところ、GUIが使えるようになった。
